“Canada is founded upon principles that recognize the supremacy of God and the rule of law”.
(Preamble of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms)
To restore respect and adherence to Canada’s natural law heritage that undergirds the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, the preamble of which states: “Canada is founded upon principles that recognize the supremacy of God and the rule of law.”
Our primary God-given natural rights include: life, liberty and property.
First, the restoration of Canadian justice must begin with renewed respect for the right to life for the pre-born, elderly and infirm. This requires the complete abolition of abortion as a first principle!
Second, The restoration of our free speech rights demand the immediate release of political prisoners like Linda Gibbons and Mary Wagner and the repeal of bubble zone laws and court injunctions that unjustly and unconstitutionally discriminate against anti-abortion dissidents exercising their Section 2 Charter rights!
